The Temple of Meng Jiangnv is located at a place with clear river and beautiful mountain. Its construction area is about 1000 square meters.
This temple is built to memorize Meng Jiangnv, with a stele “the former residence of Meng Jiang”. According to records: Mengjiangyuan, which is one river away from Jia Mountain, is the hometown of Meng Jiangnv in Qin Dynasty. Meng Jiangnv married Mr Fan in Liyang. Not before long, Mr Lang went to build the Great Wall and didn’t return for a long time. Meng Jiangnv often climbed to the peak of Jia Mountain to look for her husband. So, there remains a stage where Meng Jiangnv looked for her husband. In the half mountainside, there is a round stone, which is as flat as a mirrow. It is said that Meng Jiangnv often combed hair here. Now, it is called stone mirrow.
