A brief introduction to the scenery:
The whole park is built over a natural lake of more than ten thousand mu. The park is divided into the north part and the south part. In the north part, three manmade islands are built, each of which is 40 to 60 mu. Each island cultivates one scene with unique characteristics of the west and the east styles, both with the creative ancient and the modern styles. In the south lake, twelve islets in twelve Shengxiao are scattered. Various yachts travel around. The long twisting dam and arch bridge divides the park to be the south and the north parts. There are green willows on the two sides of the dam. Rambling on the ram or the bridge, one can enjoy the feeling of Hangzhou West Lake. Although there is no mountain to match the water, there is sky connected with the water to form a fantastic scene. The long gallery over the clear green water in the north park is really unique. On both sides of the gallery, bridges lead to the islands respectively. The style of the gallery and the colored drawing are similar to that in Beijing Yihe Park. Several pictures of Kun Mountain and waters with people were drawn on the walls and roofs. There are 150 steles in the gallery. It is planned that famous Chinese calligraphers are invited to write the three hundred Tang poets, which will be carved on the steles, to make a fantastic scene of a gallery steles carved with three hundred Tang poets.
In the park, Seven Stories Tower and Viewing Lake Pavilion are standing high on the dam. Standing on the high dam, one can appreciate the water and the sky share the same color. On the island inside the lake, the western and the eastern buildings brighten up to combine both styles of the history and the reality, Chinese and the world. The Greek’s Zeus Temple, French triumphal arch, Netherlands’ pinwheel and Norway’s village church offer you an exotic scene. There are also Chinese courtyards with high eaves and twisted arch, arch bridge like a rainbow, Fengyu Bridge for avoiding wind and rain, Yudai Bridge over the green lake water.
