Zhaji village situates 60 kilomters to the west of Jing county town, south Anhui province. The old residence buildings of Ming and Qing dynasties lie in the banks of Zhaji River. The buildings strech 5 kilometers along the river. The village has 80 Ming dynasty buildings, and 109 Qing dynasty buildings. Almost all residence buildings there were carefully built and represented the traditional Chinese building style. Several of the buildings are magnificent.
