Glenreagh

Glenreagh is within the Orara Valley, alongside the tranquil Orara River. The village is overlooked by magnificent sandstone ranges, much of which is State Forest. The Orara River has the distinction of being one of the few coastal rivers in New South Wales to flow inland. It is some 30 kilometres in length and it joins the Clarence River at Ramornie. Historically a timber town, many of the original timber dwellings still exist and a number of buildings are heritage listed.
